This is the 3 Story Little Tikes Blue Roof Doll House which is a complement to the Grandmother's Dollhouse (like I also sell!). This comes with or without accessories. This house is in Excellent played with condition. Of course, it's been Discontinued for years, as have all the dollhouse pieces. There are some marks and scratches from normal play, but otherwise this house has beautiful colors with minimal fading and is in great shape!

The rug litho on the third floor has excellent colors with just slight peeling as is the litho kitchen floor that appears when the patio is pulled out. All the railings are in excellent condition, intact and straight.

The first floor has a kitchen with a patio (with railing) that pulls out and the patio is bold and bright. Under the stairway there is hidden storage accessible with a door that really opens. There is a covered area to park, and a covered porch, too. It also has the four outdoor shrubs in great shape.

There is one small defect in the base that looks like it got a bit melted. It does not in any way take away from the function of the dollhouse. The sticker on the tile floor is slightly wrinkled, as is the "welcome" mat.

The second floor has two bedrooms with built in beds, but no mattresses included. The built in bathroom is near perfect and clean, with a toilet, sink with mirror and bathtub. The children's room is on the third floor, which is accessable from the second floor.

The house is wheel chair accessible. It has all the light fixtures including the one that hangs in the kitchen. The house can come with accessories: just ask to find out what I currently have available.
